State-of-the-art exploration and monitoring for geothermal and mining projects

GeoTechs takes a multidisciplinary approach, combining subsurface investigation with advanced 3D geological modeling to minimize risk across geothermal and mining developments from exploration through to operation.

What we do

Exploration, monitoring, and stability analysis for geothermal and mining projects, under one roof.

Exploration

Environmentally friendly nodal sensors capture ambient noise data to image subsurface velocity structure, mapping geological conditions without invasive drilling or ground disturbance.

Monitoring

Continuous monitoring of induced seismicity, blasting, and operational events across geothermal and mining sites, delivering periodic insight throughout the project lifecycle.

Stability Analysis

Geotechnical studies across mining sites, providing deformation monitoring and slope stability analysis to support safe, stable operations.

How a project runs

From first site visit to the final report, in four stages.
Stage 1

Desk study

Historical maps, geological records, and site history reviewed before any equipment reaches site.

Stage 2

Deployment & Data Acquisition

Using a site-specific array geometry, environmentally friendly nodal sensors collect data across the survey area.

Stage 3

Processing & Modelling

Data quality is checked. Geological and geophysical data are evaluated together to build a 3D subsurface model and identify target points.

Stage 4

Reporting & Solutions

Results are reported and site-specific solutions are delivered through interactive models.
